This came when Her Excellency the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning headed the delegation of the Kingdom of Bahrain participating in the twenty-first meeting of Their Excellencies the Ministers concerned with housing affairs in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which was held today in Muscat.
During the meeting, a number of decisions were discussed and approved on the topics on the agenda, which included the proposal of the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council regarding the joint Gulf housing action plan during the period extending from 2024 to 2030.
The meeting also witnessed a discussion of the latest developments in the joint housing information bases and the unified general rules for real estate owners in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, in addition to discussing the General Secretariat’s proposal regarding signing agreements with specialized organizations that serve the housing field, in addition to discussing the preparations for organizing the second edition of the Second Gulf Housing Conference. And the Gulf Cooperation Council Award in the field of housing. Ways of exchanging expertise, experiences and information were also reviewed.
