The ministry confirmed that the distribution of privatization certificates within the East Sitra City project is in addition to the achievements of the housing march in the Kingdom, which was one of the most prominent fruits of the new cities that directly contributed to housing the largest number of Bahraini families and achieving living stability for them, and the royal patronage of the social housing sector. The unlimited support from the government formed a great incentive for the implementation of housing project plans, Bahrain's new cities or residential complex projects, in addition to partnership programs with the private sector, pointing out that all these projects and programs are compatible with the housing commitments contained in the government's program.

For their part, a number of beneficiaries expressed their satisfaction with the simplified and quick procedures, as they were received by a number of qualified Ministry employees who dealt with them within the precautionary measures followed, and the documentation and proof of data and the issuance of the allocation certificate to the beneficiaries within a few minutes.
