In implementation of the order of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister to distribute 5,000 housing units and services, the Assistant Undersecretary for Housing Policies and Services, Dr. Khaled Al-Haidan on the start of the distribution of the ownership apartments project in East Hidd.
And Dr. Khaled Al-Haidan said that the East Hidd City Apartments project is one of the housing projects included in the timetable approved by the Ministry to implement the order of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister to distribute 5,000 housing units and service, indicating at the same time that the project is one of the projects The main ones included in the ministry’s plan to implement the order of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the beloved king of the country, may God protect him, build 40,000 housing units, in addition to the housing commitment contained in the government’s program.
He added that the buildings of this project are distinguished by their coastal location, as well as their interior design, which is part of the modern designs of the fifth generation of residential buildings that the ministry is implementing in new housing cities and residential complex projects in the Kingdom's governorates.
Al-Haidan emphasized that the step of distributing the certificates of entitlement to the residential buildings project in East Hidd city represents a new acquisition, as this meets the requests of ownership apartments for a large number of citizens, indicating that this project is in addition to other projects included in the implementation program of the order of His Highness the Crown Prince the Prime Minister to distribute 5000 Residential units will contribute to reducing the number of waiting list applications.
