This commitment is part of a multitude of initiatives designed to enhance the welfare of families and the noble Bahraini women. We express our deepest admiration for the refinement of eligibility criteria for the fifth category, aimed at broadening the scope of beneficiaries of these distinguished housing services. Such efforts are dedicated to ensuring that Bahraini women, in all their diverse social circumstances and stages of life, may enjoy a life of dignity and stability.

Work to create the principle of equality and equal opportunities for the beneficiaries of the Ministry's services and employees in all fields of work, increase employees' awareness of the principle of equal opportunities, and highlight a bright image of Bahraini women in various national and international forums.
Based on the directives of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), an Equal Opportunities Committee was formed in government entities to ensure the achievement of the principle of gender justice and equality in the Kingdom. Therefore, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (MOHUP) seeks to adopt supportive methodologies to achieve the goal of gender balance by enhancing women's participation and integration into the development process by refining job capabilities and skills and supporting their needs for the work environment to create a healthy environment and a positive teamwork spirit, which is reflected in the ministry’s constructive outputs. On the other hand, the Ministry is constantly keen on gender equality by enabling women to benefit from housing facilities, which enhances the stability of Bahraini women and preserves their dignity and rights, which contributes to the social and economic stability of the Bahraini family to build an equal and sustainable society.
