Application Steps


  • Log-in with the Electronic Key (eKey)
  • Register in the Government Notification System
  • Update the income data
  • Attach the required documents
  • Confirm the validity of the information entered

Terms of Service


  • The citizen has an existing housing application/request (Housing Unit/Ownership Apartment/Land Plot).

Required Documents


In case of working in the Government or Private Sector :

  • A recent detailed Salary Certificate/Slip stamped in the same month of application.

In case of Self-Employment :

  • A recent income statement issued by the Notary Office in the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs.

In case of Retirement :

  • An original detailed Retirement Certificate with bonuses, stamped by the competent authority provided its issuance has not exceeded one month.

In case of Unemployment/Downtime :

  • A Non-Insurance Statement from the Social Insurance Organization (SIO) provided its issuance has not exceeded one month.

In case of working in the Military Sector :

  • A recent Salary Certificate/Slip stamped in the same month of application.
