Application Steps


  • Log-in with the Electronic Key (eKey)
  • Register in the Government Notification System

Terms of Service


  • To be a Bahraini.
  • To be the head of the family.
  • The age of the applicant at the time of submitting the application and disbursement of the financing from the financing bank shall not be less than (21) years and not more than (60) years and the applicant must be fully competent.
  • The applicant’s income, when submitting the application and until the financing is disbursed, must not be less than (120) Bahraini dinars and not more than (1200) Bahraini dinars.
  • It includes the restoration of the only home owned by the family.
  • That (10) years should have passed from the time the applicant or any of their family members had benefited from any housing service for the purpose of owning a property provided by the Government or any other entity.
  • In the case of applying for the Restoration Financing service and the applicant had previously benefited from a housing service from the Ministry, they must be regular in paying their installments resulting therefrom, and not have a debt due to the bank that exceeds (3) months, and the applicant or any member of their family, must not have previously received financing for restorating the concerned dwelling in their application.
  • In the case of financing the construction of a dwelling, they must prove that they or any member of their family owns the dwelling and, until the financing is disbursed, it is a one land plot that is considered an appropriate residential space free from any legal dispute.
  • The applicant’s family must be a permanent resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Required Documents


  • A full copy of the title deed of the property to be restored including the name of the owner

For the Second Category – Divorced:

  • Copy of the Continuity of Child Custody with its date of issuance does not exceed one year.

In case of Self-Employment:

In case of Retirement:

  • An original Retirement Certificate detailed with bonuses, stamped by the competent authority provided its issuance has not exceeded one month.

In case of Working in the Military Sector:

  • Updated salary statement stamped from the work place and issued within the same month of application.
  • Proof of Military ID.

In case of Working in the Government or Private Sector:

  • Updated salary statement stamped from the work place and issued within the same month of application.
