Application Steps
- Log-in with the Electronic Key (eKey)
- Register in the Government Notification System
- Approve the Family Members Declaration
- Fill in the application form
- Attach the required documents
- Approve the Comprehensive Declaration
Terms of Service
- To be a Bahraini.
- To be the head of the family.
- The age at the time of submitting the application shall not be less than (21) years and not more than (50) years.
- The applicant’s income at the time of application shall not be more than (900) Bahraini Dinars and not more than (1200) Bahraini Dinars at the time of the allocation of the housing unit or ownership apartment.
- The applicant’s income at the time of application for a land plot request shall not be less than (800) Bahraini Dinars and not more than (1500) Bahraini Dinars.
- The applicant or any of their family members must not have previously received any housing service for the purpose of owning a dwelling provided by the government or any other entity.
- The applicant’s family must be a permanent resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- The applicant shall not be the owner of a property; they or any member of their family for a period of (3) years prior to the submission of the application and until allocation, and shall be considered an owner, if they have benefited from a dwelling through one of the forms of Islamic financing or under commercial financing
Required Documents
For the Second Category – Divorced:
- Copy of the Continuity of Child Custody with its date of issuance does not exceed one year.
In case of Working in the Government or Private Sector :
- Updated salary statement stamped from the work place and issued within the same month of application.
In case of Self-Employment :
- Please, fill in a Bank Accounts Inquiry Authorization Form
In case of Retirement :
- An original Retirement Certificate detailed with bonuses, stamped by the competent authority provided its issuance has not exceeded one month
In case of Unemployment/Downtime :
- A Statement of Non-Insurance from the Social Insurance Organization (SIO) provided its issuance has not exceeded one month
In case of Working in the Military Sector :
- Updated salary statement atamped in the same month of application.
- Proof of Military ID.
