Current Position
- Appointed pursuant to Decision No. (22) of 2023 issued by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, as Director of Communication at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
Professional Experience
- Served as Head of the Public Relations and Media Section at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning from August 2011 to February 2023.
- Served as Senior Public Relations Specialist at the General Organization for Youth and Sports from February to August 2011.
- Served as a Media Specialist in Regional and International Media Affairs within the Press and External Media Affairs sector from February 2010 to January 2011.
- Served as an Editor in the Press Monitoring Section within Press and External Media Affairs at the Ministry of Information from 2007 to 2010.
- Worked as a Sports Editor at Al-Waqt newspaper from 2006 to 2007.
- Worked as a Sports Editor at Al-Methaq newspaper from 2004 to 2006.
- Worked as an Editor in Local and Political Affairs at Al-Ayyam newspaper from 2003 to 2004.
Professional Achievements and Contributions
- Supervised groundbreaking ceremonies and inaugurations for a number of major housing city projects, including Salman City, Khalifa City, East Hidd City, East Sitra City, and Al Ramli District.
- Participated in the formulation of housing policy in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme in 2017.
- Supervised the hosting and organization of a number of housing-related events and meetings, including GCC-related events hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain in 2015.
- Managed media arrangements and coordination for the Bahrain Social Housing Forum organized by the Ministry of Housing on 12 September 2011, with participation from entities from the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Türkiye.
- Participated in the preparation and media coverage of Youth City 2030, organized by the General Organization for Youth and Sports under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in 2011.
- Participated in the preparation and media coverage of the Gulf Youth Conference “Dialogue and Understanding”, organized by the General Organization for Youth and Sports under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in June 2011.
- Represented the Kingdom of Bahrain's delegation at the Second Arab Media Forum at Cairo University in February 2009.
- Participated in organizing a symposium on Arab-Chinese cooperation in the media field, held in the Kingdom of Bahrain in May 2010.
- Participated as part of a media delegation in organizing a media symposium on the Kingdom of Bahrain in London in April 2010.
- Organized media programmes and visits for foreign media delegations visiting the Kingdom of Bahrain during his work in external media affairs.
- Served as a member of the Bahraini media delegation responsible for covering the Asian Games (ASIAD) in Doha in 2006.
- Participated in organizing a number of media seminars and events outside the Kingdom of Bahrain during his tenure at the Ministry of Information.

- Member of the Supreme Committee responsible for hosting and organizing the Fifth Arab Housing Conference and the 35th Session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Construction, hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain in December 2018.
