Current Position
- Appointed by Royal Decree No. (31) of 2023 as Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Information at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
Professional Experience
- Has more than 20 years of experience in the public sector, progressing from a business analyst role to various managerial and leadership positions.
- Appointed by a decision of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister in 2019 as Director of Change Management and Electronic Process Re-engineering at the Information & eGovernment Authority.
- Joined the eTransformation sector at the Information & eGovernment Authority in 2008 as a Senior Analyst and progressed through various positions until becoming Head of the Government Process Re-engineering Section.
- Worked at the Labour Market Regulatory Authority in 2006.
- Worked at the Bahrain Economic Development Board in 2005.
Achievements and Professional Contributions
- Worked with decision-makers on a number of national projects and policies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, gaining extensive experience in government services, process re-engineering, and strategic planning.
- Participated in implementing the Kingdom of Bahrain's eGovernment digital strategies.
- Participated in developing digital transformation policies and strategies in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Supervised process re-engineering initiatives for more than 25 government entities and over 500 government services.
- Participated in establishing the Government Services Change Management Team.
- Contributed to studies related to the re-engineering of government processes and services of varying complexity and scope.
- Contributed to a number of research studies in the field of eGovernment.
- Participated in local and international committees related to eGovernment and the enhancement of government services.
- Delivered training programmes and shared expertise in digital transformation and process re-engineering with both the public and private sectors.

- Member of the Board of Directors of the Social Insurance Organization pursuant to Royal Decree No. (30) of 2024 on the reformation of the Board of Directors of the Social Insurance Organization.
- Member of the Board of Directors of Silah Gulf since 2022.

- Chair of the Equal Opportunities Committee at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning since 2023.

- Awarded the First-Class National Action Medal by His Majesty the King in 2024.
