Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, received Mr. Talal Fawzi Kanoo, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kanoo Real Estate Company, to discuss ways to enhance and expand partnership with the private sector in providing social housing services to citizens, in line with various financing and real estate options.
During the meeting, Minister Al Rumaihi stressed the Ministry's keenness to strengthen partnership with the private sector, which contributes to diversifying housing solutions for citizens and increasing the real estate stock in the Kingdom of Bahrain, by integrating the private sector into the system of providing housing services according to the highest quality standards and in various governorates of the Kingdom.
For his part, Mr. Talal Fawzi Kanoo reviewed a number of initiatives that serve the housing sector in the Kingdom, stressing the company's readiness to continue expanding its partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, the Urban Planning and Development Authority, and the Housing Bank, which will contribute to achieving common goals and providing more sustainable housing solutions for citizens.
