The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning announced the transfer of an application service "Dimensions Certificate" to an electronic service, intended for vouchers in Hamad City only so that the voucher owner can build or fasten the corner after issuing the certificate electronically, noting that this electronic transformation of the service aims to shorten the documents that citizens must bring to the Ministry. The applicant can follow the procedures and receive the certificate electronically without having to come to the Ministry.
According to the Ministry, according to the new electronic service, the citizen's procedure will be limited to visiting the Ministry's website and using the applicant's e-key, selecting the application service to issue a certificate of dimensions and filling out the application form electronically, after which the citizen receives a text message that the application is accepted or rejected so that the applicant can subsequently follow up electronically.
The Ministry stressed that the aim of this service is to continue the policy of shortening the procedures and providing the necessary flexibility for citizens to terminate their housing transactions without the need for personal attendance at the Ministry's premises, noting that this upgraded service is a product of proposals submitted by citizens to the Ministry through direct channels of communication, including the National System of Proposals and Complaints "Connect", Ministry hotline 80008001, instant written conversation service, and other interactive channels available via the customer service platform.
