And she added that the design of the residential buildings allowed the presence of several entrances to the residential building, whether for apartments or car parks located at the bottom of the buildings, which were provided with places for electric charging of cars within a future vision of the availability of this type of cars for residents, with the provision of designated parking spaces for people with special needs.
The minister also indicated that the services of residential buildings include interest in the cleanliness of the building, as periodic cleaning will be provided for the external part of the buildings, and it was taken into account during the design to put tunnels dedicated to the disposal of household garbage.
In a related context, Minister Amna Al-Rumaihi said that the residential buildings project in Salman City is located on Island No. 12, and the project has been linked with other islands with a pedestrian bridge and another for bicycles to reach the main road network without the need to use cars, and a high-level sub-road network has been allocated. The minister confirmed that the residential buildings development project through the units under construction in Salman City and East Hidd City, and other building projects that will be implemented, whether in residential cities or the residential buildings strip in various governorates, comes within the framework of the Ministry's vision to provide decent, appropriate and distinct housing services for citizens.
