  1. The service applicant must have a prior maintenance request for one of the ownership services (a housing unit or apartment).

Application Steps

  1. Log-in with the Electronic Key (eKey).

  2. Select “Housing Units Maintenance Request Status Inquiry” service.

  3. View Maintenance Request Status.
