Service Overview :In the case that the citizen wants to cancel the housing request for whatever reason, they must apply for the "Housing Request Cancellation" service.

Application Steps
- Access the Ministry's website
- Access eServices
- Log in with eKey
- Select Housing Request Cancellation Service
- Select the request you want to cancel
- Approve the Declaration
- If the type of application is a merged request, the 2nd party (husband/ wife) must access the Housing Request Cancellation service and submit a cancellation request within 24 hours to approve the cancellation of the housing request, for the cancellation process to be successfully completed
