Terms of Service

The family of the deceased beneficiary shall be exempted from all amounts owed to the housing service in the following two cases:

  • If he left behind a widow and a minor or more minor children.
  • If he left behind one or more minor children.
The ownership of the dwelling shall be registered in the name of the deceased’s family.
