Responsibilities:-
·   Monitoring Human and Financial Resources functions
·    Applies CSB regulations as per the rule
·    Plans and organize the duties within the budget and time limit
·    Estimates the needs for manpower and budget within the authority
·   Consultant to the U/S
·    Put the limits for expansions of CSB Payments for outdoor training and scholarship
·    Supervise the policies for the training and development within the budget
·    Report to the U/S for the amendment of programmes and Directorates
·    Manages personnel affairs like employments including salaries, retirements, promotions,
   training & transfers etc.
·   Monitoring banking activities of the organization
·   Represent the department and work for the development of the Ministry and its employees

·   Manage Senior and Junior staff to achieve the goals of the organization
