Launching the First Partnership Initiative with the Private Sector

The Ministry of Housing signed its first agreement with the private sector in 2012, to build 2,450 housing units, 1,618 units in Salman Town and 832 units in Lowzi. This initiative became one of the most pioneering initiatives on the regional level. It aims to overcome challenges facing the housing file, by coming up with alternative solutions.
